We only collect data strictly necessary to provide and improve our services.

Data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, company and message content when you submit the contact form.

Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and visit duration, via technical logs and cookies essential to the operation of the site.

Your data is processed in order to: (a) respond to requests submitted through the contact form; (b) manage contractual or pre-contractual relationships; (c) comply with legal obligations; (d) ensure the security and technical integrity of the site.

We do not use your data for automated profiling or for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Processing is based on: (a) performance of pre-contractual measures at your request or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR); (c) legitimate interest of the controller in site security and defence of its rights (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); (d) explicit consent where required (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Contact data is retained for the time needed to handle the request and then for a maximum of 24 months for administrative purposes, unless longer retention is required by law.

Technical logs are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.

Your data may be shared with parties acting as Data Processors on our behalf, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, always in compliance with applicable law.

Specifically, we use Resend (Resend Inc.) to deliver transactional email. Data is never sold to third parties or used for purposes incompatible with those declared.

As a data subject you have the right at any time to: access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive data in a structured format (portability), withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

We adopt technical and organisational measures appropriate to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure, in line with the state of the art (TLS encryption in transit, access control, least-privilege principle, periodic audits).

Some of our service providers (e.g. SendGrid, cloud providers) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers occur under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions).

We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory or organisational changes. The current version is always available on this page. In case of material changes we will inform you with a prominent notice on the site.
